PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk - BDI or Bank Danamon is a well-established privately-owned banks in Indonesia. Bank Danamon was first established in 1956 as Bank Kopra. In 1976, the Bank changed its name to Bank Danamon (derived from ‘dana moneter’ or meaning monetary fund). In 1989, Bank Danamon went public and conducted its Initial Public Offering (IPO) in the Jakarta Stock Exchange (now Indonesia Stock Exchange/IDX). The Bank's shares are registered on IDX under reference code BDMN. As of June 2015, Bank Danamon is 67.37% owned by Asia Financial (Indonesia) Pte Ltd, 6.84% by JPMCB-Franklin Templeton Investment Funds and 25.80% remaining shares by public. Asia Financial (Indonesia) Pte Ltd is a unit of Singapore’s Temasek Group. Headquartered in Jakarta, Bank Danamon now has 2,156 office networks throughout Indonesia, including conventional branch offices, micro banking units (Danamon Simpan Pinjam/DSP), syariah units as well as branch offices of its subsidiaries.

In term of financial performance, Bank Danamon registered total comprehensive income (consolidated) of Rp 1,361.84 billion in the first 6 month of 2015 (ended in 30 June 2015), down 13.10% from Rp 1,567.22 billion from the same period last year largely due to economic slowdown. Requirements

• Candidate holds at least a Bachelor Degree (S1) of any major from a reputable university.
• Fresh graduate with minimum GPA of 2.75 (on a 4-point scale).
• Maximum age of 30 years old. 
• Target oriented.
• Communicative, persuasive, and good presentation skills.
• Strong sense of analytical thinking and good interpersonal skills.
