Requirements

- Single (not married) and remain unmarried during first year period.
- Preferably Female.
- Good looking with height and weight proportional.
- Retirement age of 36 years old.
Requirements

- Have attended training in Marketing / Sales Officer / Accounts Officer / Credit Analyst and Leadership.
Requirements
- Male/Female, age of candidate under 45 years old.
- Background in Diploma Degree (D3) in all majors.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in micro banking and have experience in the field of collection at least 2 years.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as Team Leader/Supervisor Collection.
- Have attended training as credit and collector will be highly prioritized.
- Neat and attractive appearance;
- Have an excellent health (physically and mentally) and drug free;
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Dynamic and have strong work motivation;
- Able to work individually and in a team;
- Good computer skill, minimum Microsoft Office;
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
- Do not have a family relationship with the employee of Bank BJB up with 2nd degree (father / mother / grandfather / grandmother / husband / wife / son / brother / sister);
- Willing to be stationed in all working area of Bank BJB;
- Passed in all stage of the selection process of recruitment of Bank BJB.
