Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial Ketenagakerjaan - BPJS Ketenagakerjaan or commonly known as BPJS TK is the social security management agency of Indonesia. The Agency is fully-owned by the Government of Indonesia and having main task to organize the social security workforce, including occupational accident, pension, old-age risk and death benefit schemes. Previously known as PT Jaminan Sosial Tenaga Kerja (Persero) or commonly abbreviated as JAMSOSTEK, the largest state-owned social security workforce company in Indonesia. BPJS TK now has 11 regional offices and 121 branch offices and will continue to grow throughout Indonesia. According to BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Financial Statements & Program Management Report 2014 as cited by JobsCDC.com, BPJS TK controls investment fund of Rp 186.96 trillion and maintains assets worth of Rp 11.69 trillion.

Penata Madya Keuangan (KEU)

Requirements
  • Background in Bachelor Degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or other relevant studies.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting instruments.
  • Able to prepare financial statements.
  • Strong knowledge of tax calculation (PPh 21).
  • Strong knowledge of investment intruments.
  • Able to monitor the realization of the budget
  • Able to create and analyze BPOP (Operating Expenses and Operating Income).
Penata Madya Umum (PMU)

Requirements
  • Background in Diploma Degree (D3) in all majors.
  • Possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Have a valid driving license class A and C (SIM A and C).
Marketing / Relationship Officer (MRO)

Requirements
  • Background in Bachelor Degree (S1) in all majors.
  • Good looking, with height 165-185 cm (Male) and 158-175 cm (Female).
  • Demonstrated good communication skill and have a wide networking.
  • Possess excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Strong passion in the field of sales and marketing.
  • Have a valid driving license class A and C (SIM A and C). 
  • Well proven in English and Mandarin (both spoken and written) is an advantage.
Penata Madya SDM (SDM)

Requirements
  • Background in Bachelor Degree (S1) in Human Resource Management, Law, Psychology.
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Have a valid driving license class A and C (SIM A and C).
Penata Madya IT (PTI)

Requirements
  • Background in Bachelor Degree (S1) in Informatics Engineering, Informatics Management or other relevant studies.
  • Good understanding of SQL Database programming language.
  • Good understanding of troubleshooting related to hardware and software.
Penata Madya Pelayanan (PEL)

Requirements
  • Background in Bachelor Degree (S1) in Nursing, Pharmacy, General Medicine, Dentistry, Public Health, Health and Safety (K3).
  • Possess excellent communication skill.
Penata Madya Administrasi Pemasaran (PAP)

Requirements
  • Background in Diploma Degree (D3) in all majors.
  • Possess excellent communication skill.
  • Have a valid driving license class A and C (SIM A and C). 
  • Meticulousness and have a good documents administrative skill.
Aktuaria (AKT)

Requirements
  • Background in Bachelor Degree (S1) in Mathematics, Statistics, Actuarial Management, Accounting, Demographics.
  • Operating knowledge of SPSS application.
  • Strong knowledge of data mining. 
  • Graduated in 2 test modules professions Indonesian Society of Actuaries is a plus.
  • Graduated in 2 modules Insurance Management Certification is a plus.
  • Possess excellent communication skill.
Penata Madya Perencanaan dan Pengelolaan Aset (PAS)

Requirements
  • Background in Bachelor Degree (S1) in Architecture Engineering, Civil Engineering.
  • Familiar with AutoCad, SketchUP softwares.
  • Good understanding of building structures (concrete, steel, wood).
  • Good understanding of project management (time schedule, S Curve)
  • Able to arrange Physical Work Budget Plan.
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Upload documents into the application portfolio eRekrutmen form:
    • 3D images with AutoCAD or sketcUP.
    • RAB compiled from images own design.
    • Make Team Schedule and the S curve of Fig and RAB which has been drawn up.
    • Upload documents shall be made only into one file (PDF) .
Sekteratis (SKR)

Requirements
  • Background in Diploma Degree (D3) in all majors, preferably majoring in Secretary.
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Meticulousness and have a good documents administrative skill.
Penata Muda Kearsipan (SIP)

Requirements
  • Background in Diploma Degree (D3) in Archieves, Information and Library Studies, Library Technician.
  • Possess excellent communication skill.
  • Meticulousness and have a good documents administrative skill.
General Requirements
  1. Derived from an accredited university at least B with minimum GPA of 2.75 (on a 4-point scale);
  2. Not exceed 25 years of age for Diploma degree (D3) and 27 for bachelor degree (S1) by 31 December 2015;
  3. Single/not married
  4. Not a Child, Sibling, Brother brother in law of the Active Employee of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan.
  5. Proficient in computer literatcy, minimum MS Office and MS Excel
  6. Experienced in similar job title is a plus
  7. Would be relocated in all working area of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan.
  8. Willing to undergo working bond during the first 2 years of employment.
  9. Willing not to get married during the first year of bond period.
