1. Teknisi dan Operator
• SMK majoring in Mechanical (Code : KME).
• SMK majoring in Electricity/Electro (Code : KLI).
• SMK majoring in Chemical (Code : KKI).
• SMA IPA (Code : KPA).
2. Staf Administrasi
• SMK majoring in Administration/Accounting (Code : KAD).
• SMA IPA (Code : KPS).
• SMK majoring in Informatics Technology (Code : KTI).

General Requirements

• Male : KME, KLI, KKI, KPA, KTI.
• Male/Female : KAD, KPS.
• Maximum age of 25 years old (born in 1990 per 31 June 2015 and thereafter).
• Minimum avegare national exam score
• SMK : Mathematics (6.5), English (6), Vocational Theory (6), Vocational Practice (6).
• SMA IPA : Mathematics (6.5), English (6), Physics (6), Chemical (6). 
• Single (not married) and willing not to get married during on the job training period.
• Minimum height of 160cm with the proportional weight.
• Physically and mentally healthy
• Not tattooed and pierced.
• Not wearing glasses (Teknisi dan operator position) and a maximum of 2 diopters (staff administrasi position).
• No physical disability (does not interfere with the implementation of his/her duties).
• Drug free. 
• Placement at PLTU Pulang Pisau, PLTU Tanayan Riau and PLTU Kaltim Teluk Balikpapan.
