PT Perusahaan Perdagangan Indonesia (Persero) - PT PPI(Persero) or widely known as Indonesian Trading Company(commonly abbreviated as ITC) is a state-owned trading company in Indonesia with the business scope in the field of trading (general trading and wholesale trading), export, import, and distribution. The Company was founded in 2003 a merger results of 3 state-owned trading companies, namely PT Dharma Niaga (Persero), PT Tjipta Niaga (Persero), and PT Pantja Niaga (Persero). PT Perusahaan Perdagangan Indonesia (Persero) is a state-owned company whose shares are not traded on the stock exchange (IDX). The Government of the Indonesia has 100% shares of ITC. The Company is based in Jakarta and now has 34 domestic branch offices and 3 subsidiaries/affiliates, consist of PT Dharma Niaga Putra Steel, PT Trisari Veem, and PT Isuzu Astra Motor Indonesia. In terms of financial performance, ITC reported total revenue of Rp 1,484 billion in 2013. This reflected a 50.26% down from Rp 2,985 billion in 2012.
