New Employee Development Program (Manufacturing)

Requirement

• Bachelor Degree or equivalent (S1/D4) majoring in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum GPA 3,00 (scale of 4).
• Not older than 27 years of age will be an advantage.
• Excellent level of English proficiency (spoken and writing) is a must. Candidates with minimum TOEFL score of 450 will be highly prioritized.
• Willing to be stationde in all factories in Jakarta, Karawang, or Cibitung.
• Well-developed computer literacy skills within a Microsoft Office environtment.
• Actively involved in campus organization activities will be an advantage.
• Excellent in both interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Deeply interesting in automotive industry.
