- Marketing Unit (MKU)
- Kolektor Unit (KLU)
- Administrasi (ADM)
- Minimum education of SMA/K or equivalent (1, 2, 3).
- Male (2), Male or Female (1, 3).
- Maximum age of 40 years old (1), 30 years old (2), 20 - 26 years old and single (3).
- Previous experience as sales/marketing at manufacture/retail/FMCG company and willing to follow training program will be highly prioritized (1).
- Minimum 2 years of experience as collector at Banking/micro banking institution will be highly prioritized (2).
- Have a long association with the market traders (1).
- Demostrated good communication skill, honest, disciplines and target oriented (1, 2, 3).
- Previous experience with administration/finance and operating knowledge of MS Office will be highly prioritized (3).
- Have own vehicle (motorcycle) and SIM C (1, 2, 3).
