PT Newmont Nusa Tenggara - PTNNT or widely known as Newmont a trusted and reliable multinational investment company in Indonesia. PRC-0376 - Engineer - Electric Maintenance

Requirements
  • Degree in Electrical Engineering or Diploma with 5 years of experience in Mining Equipment or relevant Trade Certificate.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Maintenance. Previous experience in a Mining Environment will be highly prioritized.
  • Certified of Competency for Frontline Operational Supervisor of OHS and Mine Environment from DEMR
  • Good skill in operating Micorosoft Office and MS Project Lotus Notes.
  • Proven problem solving skills and ability to function with little or no supervision.
  • Ability to function and support multiple disciplines.
  • Good English skill, both written and spoken witj minimum intermediate level.
  • Ability to interpret parts, service manuals, and technical reference documents.
  • Possess excellent communications skills with a proven ability to motivate subordinates.
PRC0269 - Metallurgist

Requirements
  • A tertiary degree in Metallurgy or relevant engineering disciplines (e.g. Chemical Engineering is considered).
  • Certified of Competency for Frontline Operational Supervisor of OHS and Mine Environment from DEMR (POP) will be highly prioritized.
  • Proven knowledge of mineral processing, particularly in grinding and base metals beneficiation techniques is essential also demonstrate understanding in technical project evaluation, management and control.
  • Have a good problem solving skill, analytical and creative thinking are essential.
  • Demonstrated good communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills. Able to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization is a must.
  • Fluent (or willingness to acquire good skills) in English and Bahasa.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel skills.
MTS0074 - Engineer – Long Term Planning

Requirements
  • Bachelor Degree or Master Degree in Mine Engineering or equivalent field.
  • Previous directly experience in related field at least 3 - 5 years is required.
  • Certified of Competency for Frontline Operational Supervisor of OHS and Mine Environment from DEMR.
  • Advanced technical knowledge of mine engineering is a must.
MTS0059 - Engineer - Drill & Blast

Requirements
  • Bachelor Degree or Master Degree in Mine Engineering or equivalent field.
  • Previous directly experience in related field at least 3 - 5 years is required.
  • Blaster certificate holder will be highly prioritized.
  • Certified of Competency for Frontline Operational Supervisor of OHS and Mine Environment from DEMR.
MTS0054 - Engineer - Fleet Management System

Requirements
  • Bachelor Degree or Master Degree in Mine Engineering or equivalent field and directly experience in related field at least 3 - 5 years will be highly prioritized.
  • A formal degree in Mine Engineering can be substituted with an advanced technical knowledge of Leica Jigsaw systems or equivalent fleet management systems. 
  • Strong knowledge of the Leica Jigsaw truck dispatch system and operating knowledge of Linux operating system is a must.
  • Previous experience with High Precision GPS systems and wireless systems will be highly prioritized.
  • Certified of Competency for Frontline Operational Supervisor of OHS and Mine Environment from DEMR.
MTS0053 - Engineer - Fleet Management Reporting

Requirements
  • Bachelor Degree or Master Degree in Computer Science, Informatics Engineering, Computer Engineering.
  • Exposure to and understanding of Mining Business Processes.
  • Good experience in following fields :
    • Data modelling/warehousing methodologies, fimensional modelling and architecture design system.
    • Microsoft SQL relational databases including database design, SQL syntax and anyother related tasks.
    • At least one OLAP reporting tool (Microsoft SQL Analysis Services, Oracle Express, Cognos, Hyperion / Brio, Business Objects).
    • ETL processes (Extract Transform & Load). 
    • Reporting tools (such as: Microsoft SQL Reporting Services, Crystal Reports, and Oracle Report).
    • Programming languages : .NET Framework, Java/C+ programming language and versed in various Programming Languages. 
  • Demonstrated good skills in English language, both oral and written.
  • Possess excellent interpersonal skill.
MMT0645 - GENSUPV. - Maintenance Planning & Schedulling

Requirements
  • Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent combination of discipline specific training and experience
  • At least 7 years Supervisory experience in Maintenance Planning/Scheduling, preferably in a Mining Environment.
  • Training/Experience in RCA, FMECA, Pareto analysis and Continuous improvement tools.
  • Previous experience with large, integrated computerized maintenance systems and heavy equipment maintenance in a mining environment.
  • Have a good problem solving skill and ability to function with little or no supervision.
  • Proficiency in English language both verbal and written.
  • Have a good technical writing skills
  • Possess excellent communications skills with a proven ability to motivate subordinates.
  • Operating knwoledge of Ellipse, Hyperion and AMT Maintenance Software.
EXR0503 - Sr Spec - Social Responsibility & GOVREL

Requirements
  • University degree in all majors with previous experience in middle management position in relevant roles for more than 5-8 years. A master degree will be highly prioritized.
  • Have a self-motivation discipline under minimal supervision.
  • Good level in English.
  • Possess excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Good personality.
  • Strong knowledge and good understanding about the Indonesian regulation framework especially in the field of mining, forestry, trade and investment.
  • Good network with key relevant stakeholders in Jakarta, a plus if also owning a network of stakeholders in NTB/Lombok.
  • Understanding of local culture and language.
  • Ability to socialise with various people with different social background through sports, culture and engagement events.
EXR0496 - REPS - Social Responsibility & GOVREL

Requirements
  • University degree in all majors with previous experience in junior management position in relevant roles for more than 5 years. A master degree will be highly prioritized.
  • Have a self motivation discipline under minimal supervision.
  • Good level in English.
  • Possess excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Good personality.
  • Strong knowledge and good understanding about the Indonesian regulation framework especially in the field of mining, forestry, trade and investment.
  • Already maintains a good network with key relevant stakeholders in Jakarta.
  • Ability to socialise and engage with various people with different social background through sports, culture, social and other engagement events.
