Requirements
- Have minimum education of a Diploma degree.
- At least 1 - 2 years of experience as call centre or receptionist.
- Possess excellent communication skills in English.
- Polite, discipline and good initiative.
- Have a positive attitude and excellent services.
- Familiar with Cisco Telephony will be an advantage.
- Able to work under pressure and long hours.
