Staff Administrasi Legal

Requirements

• Minimum S1 majoring in Law or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the related field, preferably staff (non management & non supervisor) specializing in Law/Legal services or equivalent.
• Fluent spoken and written English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Operating knowledge of MS Office.
• Strong understanding about Civil Law.
• Have an understanding of Indonesia Limited Company Regulation (UU PT).
• Energetic, love challenges and can be trusted.
• Thorough and experience in drafting of cooperation contracts
