Lembaga Kebijakan Pengadaan Barang / Jasa Pemerintah - LKPP is the National Public Procurement Agency (NPPA) of Indonesia. The Agency is the non ministerial agency in Indonesian government with main task to implement development and formulation of public procurement policies. Requirements

• Minimum D3 all disciplines, with a minimum GPA of 2.75.
• Able to work using computer especially basic office applications.
• Have a good communication skill.
• Have a willingness to learn and develop themselves.
• Able to work in a team, under pressure and willing to follow the rules in LKPP.

Trainer dan Dukungan Pengguna

Requirements

Senior Programmer - Java

Requirements

• Minimum D4/S1 majoring in Informatics Engineering, Computer Science, Information System, Electro Engineering or other major related to IT.
• Experienced in the field of programming, Software Design, Software Debugging, Software Documentation and Software Testing.
• Good understanding of Software Development Fundamentals, Software Dev Process, Software Requirements.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in develop web-based applications or has developed a web-based and or mobile application at least 7 applications.
• Advanced knowledge of Java-based programming language and also other supporting web programming language, such as html, xml, javascript, css, json. Preferably mastering MVC concepts using Play Framework.
• Mastering the concepts and technique of interconnection between systems using web services (SOAP/Rest).
• Able to perform optimization algorithm for web applications that the number of users and the high number of transactions.
• Have a good problem solving skill, able to work in a team, under pressure and willing to follow the rules in LKPP.

Senior Programmer - PHP

Requirements

• Minimum D4/S1 majoring in Informatics Engineering, Computer Science, Information System, Electro Engineering or other major related to IT.
• Having experience in documenting software.
• Have a good knowledge of general process of software development.
• Have a good knowledge of general description of notation and diagrams that are used in software development.
• Operating knowledge of office tools application.
• Preferably mastering project management tools and software designer tools.
• Have a good problem solving skill, able to work in a team, under pressure and willing to follow the rules in LKPP.

Program Officer

Requirements

• Minimum S1 majoring in Law, Public Relation, Communication, Information System, Administration.
• Proficient in computer literacy.
• Have a good communication skill.
• Have a good understanding of the institutional structure.
• Have a good problem solving skill, able to work in a team, under pressure and willing to follow the rules in LKPP.
