MDP (Management Development Program)
Requirements
- S1/S2 graduates from various disciplines except, teacher, Art, Literature / culture, philosophy, science and public health nursing
- Active in the organization, both within and outside the campus
- Min GPA 3.01 (S1) and 3.20 (S2)
- Fluent in English both orally and in writing
- Not married, maximum age 26 years
- Energetic, confident, good communication skills, highly motivated, and like the challenge
- Willing to not married during the MDP education (9 months)
- Willing to be placed in the BSM network throughout Indonesia
- Familiar with computer, minimum MS Office (Word, Excel, and Power Point)
- Never participated in the selection process of Bank Syariah Mandiri in the last 6 months
