- Indonesian citizen (WNI)
- Minimum age of 18 (eighteen) years old (date of birth 1 December 1995 and earlier) and max age

- Max age 35 years old per 1 December 2013 for S3
- Well-behaved and never sentenced to prison or jail based on court decisions that have permanent legal force.
