Requirements

• Minimum education D3, preferably S1 from Accredited University (Minimum GPA of 2.75)
• Maximum age of 24 years old for fresh graduates
• Good looking
• Computer literate, minimal MS Office programs

• Does not have a nuclear family (parents, siblings, husband / wife) worked as an employee of Bank Mandiri

Mikro Kredit Analis - MKA

Requirements

• Minimum D3 (minimum GPA of 2.75)
• Computer literate, minimal MS Office programs
• Fresh graduates / Entry level (preferably with experience as credit administration)
• Maximum age of 24 years old (for fresh graduates) and 26 years old (for those who have a minimum of 2 years experience in credit administration)
• Does not have a nuclear family (parents / brother / younger brother) who worked at Bank Mandiri
• Not married
• Master the local language (preferably)

Micro Mandiri Manageer - MMM

Requirements

• Maximum age 35 years old
• Minimal S1
• Not have a nuclear family (parents / brother / younger brother, husband / wife) who worked at Bank Mandiri
• At least 2 years working experience with the responsibility to supervise the team in achieving targets
• Have good communication skills, presentable, well mannered, with high confidence
• Computer literate, minimal MS Office programs

Credit Administration Officer - CAO

Requirements

• Maximum age 35 years old
• Minimal S1
• Minimum 4 years experience in the field of micro-credit and 2 years of which have the duty and responsibility equivalent
• Not have a nuclear family (parents / brother / younger brother or husband / wife) who worked at Bank Mandiri
• Computer literate, minimal MS Office programs
• Minimum 2 years work experience at managerial level as Administrative Officer of Credit, Loan Officer or Marketing Officer

Credit Quality Officer - CQO

General Qualifications:

• Maximum age 35 years
• Minimal S1
• Minimum 4 years experience in the field of micro-credit and 2 years of which have the duty and responsibility equivalent
• Does not have this family (parents / brother / younger brother, husband / wife) who worked at Bank Mandiri
• Computer literate, minimal MS Office programs
• At least 2 years working experience in the supervision of the credit process, credit monitoring, internal audit and accouning / finance
