Management Trainee Program (MTP)

Requirements

• Min S1, preferably from reputable universities, majoring in
• Agriculture : Agronomy / Cultivation, Pests & Disease, Soil Science (MTP-TAN)
• Agricultural Technology : Agricultural Engineering (MTP-MEK)
• Engineering : Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering (MTP-TEK)
• Engineering : Informatics Engineering, Computer Science (MTP-IT)
• Economics : Accounting (MTP-AKU)
• Economic : Management (MTP-MAN)
• Law : Legal Studies (MTP-HUK)
• Min GPA
• 2.80 for MTP-TAN, MTP-MEK, MTP-TEK
• 3.00 for MTP-I, MTP-MAN, MTP-Huk
• Maximum age 30 years old (at the time in April 2013).
• Single (not married) and not willing to get married during the program
• Fluent in English.
• Willing to be placed throughout Indonesia.
• Pass the selection process organized by the company.
