Program Nasional Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Mandiri Perdesaan - PNPM Mandiri Perdesaan or the Independent National Program for Community Empowerment Rural Areas (Rural PNPM) is the Indonesian Government Program for Community Empowerment to alleviation the poverty in Indonesia. The Program was launched by the President of Republic Indonesia in 2007 at Palu - Central Sulawesi. The Program is the largest community-based poverty reduction programs in the world and implemented nationwide in approximately 60,000 villages. Since 1998, Rural PNPM has been implemented in more than 58% of villages across Indonesia. Until 2008, the program is to reach 42,319 of the poorest villages in Indonesia.

Due to strengthen its team, PNPM Mandiri Perdesaan are now seeking to recruit high caliber and dynamic individuals for the following challenging positions which will based in East Java area as :

Fasilitator Kecamatan (Code : FK)

Requirements

• Min D3/S1 from all majors
• Experienced in the field of community development programs : min 3 years (S1) and min 5 years (D3)
• Have an understanding of local culture and customs based on duty location, preferably local language
• Computer literate
• Willing to be placed in the location assignment
• Max age 45 years old

Fasilitator Teknik (Code : FT)

Requirements

• Min D3/S1 majoring in Civil EngineeringExperienced in work relevant to the program / ​​project infrastructure : min 3 years (S1) and min 5 years (D3)
• Have an understanding of local culture and customs based on duty location, preferably local language
• Preferably have experience of organizing and had been active in community empowerment, social work, or other community assistance activities
• Computer literate
• Willing to be placed in the location assignment
• Max age 45 years old
