PT Sarana Multi Infrastruktur (Persero) - PT SMI is a rapidly growing state-owned enterprises (BUMN) in Indonesia running in business of non bank financial services. The Company operates as a catalyst for accelerating infrastructure development in Indonesia with offers loan, mezzanine and equity for infrastructure projects. The Company also provides advisory services for local and foreign investors. PT SMI (Persero) has been operating in Indonesia since 2009 and headquartered in Jakarta. In 2010, the Company establish a subsidiary, namely PT Indonesia Infrastructure Finance. Based on PT SMI (Persero) Financial Statements 2012, the Company reported total projects of Rp16.1 trillion for the year ending December of 2012. In October 2012, PT Sarana Multi Infrastruktur (Persero) was appraised by Fitch Ratings as "the National Long-Term Rating of 'AA (idn)' with Stable Outlook".
To meet the rapidly business growth, PT Sarana Multi Infrastruktur (Persero) are now seeking to recruit high caliber and dynamic individuals for the following challenging positions as :
Monitoring Staff
Requirements:
- Male / Female, Maximum 50 years old.
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Finance Management from reputable university.
- Having minimum 5 years in similar position particularly in Banking
- Having knowledge in Banking industry / Finance, with experience as an officer for monitoring credit.
- Having knowledge about products, systems, policies, and procedures in Banking / Finance.
- Having knowledge in financial analysis and risk management (Graduated BSMR 1 is preferred).
- Having knowledge of lending regulations, including regulations Bank of Indonesia / Finance Department.
- Having good knowledge of restructuring is preferred.
- Having good experience in dealing with problem loans and remedial is a plus.
- Proficient with computer literacy, minimum Ms. Word, Ms. Excell, and Ms. Powerpoint.
- Good command of English both written and spoken is a must
Requirements:
- Female, Maximum 32 years old
- Minimum Master Degree / Post Graduate Degree in Finance from reputable university
- Having experience 2-3 years in similar position
- Having experience in financial structuring fundraising
- Having ability to report the work results review of financial consultant
- Having knowledge related to budgeting
- Having good communication skill, presentation skill, and writing skill for reporting
- Good analytical thinking, creative, and detail
- Proficient with computer literacy minimum Ms. Office
- Good command of English both written and spoken is a must
Requirements:
- Female, Maximum 32 years old
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in communications / public relation or other related disciplines from reputable university
- Having minimum 2-3 years experience in similar position
- Having excellent communication and interpersonal skill
- Having good presentation skill and writing skill for reporting
- Having a good ability to develop and maintain good relationship with other parties
- Having good administrative skills
- Creative, confident, fast learning, and pleasant personality
- Proficient with computer literacy, minimum Ms. Office
- Good command of English both in written and spoken is a must
Requirements:
- Male / Female, Maximum 27 years old
- Minimum Bachelor Degree In Economic / Management
- Having minimum 2-3 years experience in finance or capital market
- Having knowledge on micro and macro economic
- Having experiences in corporate planning or research and development area
- Having good writing skills for reporting (i.e annual report) and research materials
- Having good presentation skill, analytical, and problem solving skills
- Hard working, fast learning, pleasant personality and honest
- Willing to work in a team and under pressure.
- Good command of english both in written and spoken is a must
Requirements:
- Male / Female, Single, Max 28 years old
- Min. Bachelor Degree in Finance / Economic
- Having min. 1 years experience in similar position particularly in Banking / Private Equity / Investment Bank Industry
- Having basic knowledge in Operational Risk
- Having ability about risk profile and risk dashboard report processing
- Having ability to administration and filing documents
- Having knowledge in ISO 31000 Risk Management Process is an advantage
- Able to work in a team as well as individually
- Having attention to detail and risk focus
- Should possessess excellent verbal & written communication skills.
- Proficient with computer literacy minimum Ms. word, Ms. Excell, and Ms. Powerpoint
- Having fluency in english both written and spoken is a must
Requirements:
- Male / Female, max 35 years old
- Min. Bachelor Degree in Finance / Economic
- Having min. 2-5 years experience in similar position particularly in Banking / Private Equity / Investment Bank Industry as credit analyst or rating analyst
- Understanding credit risk and other risk related to lending activity
- Having CFA / FRM will be advantage
- Understand and can operate Bloomberg Application
- Able to work in a team as well as individually
- Having attention to detail and risk focus
- Willing to travel to project site
- Having good analytical skill, decision making, and problem solving skill
- Should possessess excellent verbal & written communication skills.
- Proficient with computer literacy including risk scoring sheet program and Ms.Office
- Having fluency in english both written and spoken is a must
Requirements:
- Male / Female, max 35 years old
- Min. Bachelor Degree in Finance / Economic
- Having min. 2-5 years experience in similar position particularly in Banking / Private Equity / Investment Bank Industry as credit analyst.
- Understanding credit risk and other risk related to lending activity
- Having CFA / FRM will be advantage
- Understand and can operate Bloomberg Application
- Having experience in making risk mitigation proposals for financing products
- Having experience in managing portfolios investment and financing
- Able to work in a team as well as individually
- Having attention to detail and risk focus
- Willing to travel to project site
- Having good analytical skill, decision making, and problem solving skill
- Should possessess excellent verbal & written communication skills.
- Proficient with computer literacy including risk scoring termsheet program and Ms.Office
- Having fluency in english both written and spoken is a must
