LPDB-KUMKM operated under The Ministry of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises of Republic Indonesia. The Institution was established in 2006 based by the Ministry of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises Regulations Number 19.4/Per/M.KUKM/VIII/2006 and engaged to optimize the management of revolving funds for cooperatives and SMEs institution in Indonesia. LPDB-KUMKM domiciled in Jakarta and operates 9 divisions, namely Planning Division, Search and Evaluation Division, Risk Management Division, Budget Governance Division, Revolving Fund Administration Division, General Affairs Division, Public Relations and Legal Affair Division, Business I Division, Business II Division.

Staf Bisnis

Requirements
  • Minimal S1 majoring in Economics (Accounting / Management), Engineering (Industrial, Information Technology / Computer), Business, Banking, Mathematics (Statistics / Mathematics), Social and Economic (Agriculture / Animal Husbandry / Fisheries).
  • Min 2 years of working experience in the Banking Institutions / Non-Bank Financial Institutions in the field of credit analysis, financial analysis, including the analysis of the real sector credit proposals.
  • Understand the concept and mechanism of the loan funds and loan / financing.
  • Able to work in a team as well as working with individual targets.
Staf Manajemen Risiko

Requirements
  • Minimal S1 majoring in Economics (Management), Statistics, and Law.
  • Min 2 years of working experience in the Banking Institutions / Non-Bank Financial Institutions in the field of handling non-performing loans.
  • Understand the concept of Risk Management and implementation.
  • Having knowledge in the field of financial services to cooperatives and Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME).
  • Having the ability to analyze the risk of internal and external risks.
  • Have the ability in the field of statistics and financial analysis.
Staf Hukum

Requirements
  • Minimal S1 majoring in Law.
  • Min 2 years of working experience in the Office of Notary / Lawyer / Bank / Financing Institution.
  • Having the ability and knowledge in analyzing a law problem / case.
  • Have an understanding of business law and its application.
Staf Keuangan

Requirements

  • Minimal S1 majoring in Economics (Management / Accounting / Tax / Banking), Statistics, Public Administration, and Industrial Engineering.
  • Min 2 years of working experience in the Banking / Financial Institutions, Non-Bank/Public Accountants Firms.
  • Having the ability to Analysis and Financial Planning.
  • Having the ability to apply principles of accounting and financial management generally well.
  • Have a good understanding associated with the tax provision.
  • Understand the concept of good corporate governance and practices.
  • Having a good understanding of relevant asset management.
Staf Evaluasi dan Pengkajian

Requirements
  • Minimal S1 majoring in Economics (Finance / Management / Banking), Statistics, and Industrial Engineering.
  • Min 2 years of working experience in the Banking Institutions / Non-Bank Financial Institutions in the field of research / research and development efforts in the field of Cooperatives and Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME).
  • Preferred experience as deskcollector.
  • Understand the concept of monitoring, evaluation of loan / financing, risk management and its application.
  • Have the ability to prepare and take actions related to monitoring and evaluation.
  • Knowing about the Security Deed.
  • Understanding the financial statements.
General Requirements
  1. Computer literate, min MS Office (word, excel and powerpoint)
  2. Honest, dedicated and have high integrity
  3. Innovative and creative
  4. Have a good personality and attractive
  5. Fluent in English (oral / written)
  6. Preferred Male with maximum age 30 years old
  7. Willing to travel outside
  8. Willing to be placed outside Jakarta in Office Services Unit of LPDB-KUMKM.
