PT Toyota-Astra Motor - TAM is one the largest private automotive manufacturing companies in Indonesia. PT Toyota-Astra Motor operated in Indonesia as the sole agent for Toyota and Lexus vehicles. The Company incorporated since1971 and its based in Jakarta. TAM is a joint venture company between PT Astra International Tbk, with 51% shares and Toyota Motor Corporation with 49% total shares The Company supported by 2 plants located in Sunter and Karawang. The Company supported by five main dealers and operated more than 181 outlet in Indonesia to distribute cars to the right markets, Based on Astra International annual report 2010, total sales of all Toyota vehicles in Indonesia recorded 280,989 units, this ammount up 50.3% from 2009.

Requirements :
  • D3 from Administration, Accounting or Engineering who has good communication skill and self confidence.
  • Able to work under high pressure environment and fluent in English.
Parts Installation Engineer

Requirements :
  • D3 from Mechanical and Electrical Engineering who has good analytical thinking, self confidence and good communication skill.
Customer Relation Staff

Requirements :
  • D3 from any major who has experience in handling customer, interest in automotive industry and good communication skill
General Affairs Staff

Requirements :
  • D-3 Civil Engineering, who likes challenge and has critical thinking.
After Sales Marketing Staff

Requirements :
  • D3 from any engineering background who has good analytical thinking good communication skill and willing to travel.

IT Staff

Requirements :
  • D3 from Information or electrical engineering who has capability in programming area and good communication skill.

Finance & Accounting Staff

Requirements :
  • D3 from Accounting or Finance with good communication skill and able to work under pressure.

Logistic Staff

Requirements :
  • D3 from any engineering background who has good analytical thinking, self confidence and good communication skill.
  • Has knowledge in automotive area.

Marketing Communication Officer

Requirements :
  • S1/S2 Communication, Marketing, Management who has good communication and interpersonal skill.

Sales Analyst

Requirements :
  • S1/S2 from Industrial Engineering, Statistic or Management who has strong analytical thinking both for quantitative and qualitative data.

Customer Relation Officer

Requirements :
  • S1/S2 from any major who has experience in handling customer, interest in automotive industry and good communication skill

Supply Chain And Logistic Analyst

Requirements :
  • S1/S2 from Industrial, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering who has strong analytical thinking, creative and good communication skill

Sales Representative Officer

Requirements :
  • S1/S2 from Industrial Engineering or Management who has good communication skill and strong analytical thinking.
  • Willing to conduct domestic travel.

IT Analyst

Requirements :
  • S1/S2 from Information Engineering or computer science who has good communication skill.

Corporate Analyst

Requirements :
  • S1/S2 from Economic Study who has strong analytical thinking and good statistic and research methodlogy knowledge.

Accounting & Finance Officer

Requirements :
  • S1/S2 from Accounting who has passion in Accounting area and strong analytical thinking.

General Affair Officer

Requirements :
  • S1/S2 from Civil Engineering who has good analytical thinking and communication skill.

Toyota Trainer

Requirements :
  • S1/S2 from any major who has passion and experience in training area as a trainer.

Technical Engineer

Requirements :
  • S1/S2 from Industrial, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering who has strong analytical thinking, high interest in automotive industry and good communication skill

Dealer Development Analyst

Requirements :
  • S1/S2 from Industrial or Civil Engineering who has good communication skill and strong analytical thinking.
General Requirements
  • GPA > 3.00 ; Age max. 25 years old (D3) and 27 years old (S1/S2)
    Fluent in English, both in oral and written
    Proficient in using Microsoft Office
    Preferable those with organizational experience
