HR Recruitment Officer

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or equivalent.
• Competent in Recruitment & Selection (Sourcing Strategy, Recruitment Tools, Behavioral Interview)
• Having experience in conduct Psichological assessment & scoring
• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Computer literate (Ms. Word, Ms. Power Point, Ms. Excel, Outlook Express, Microsoft Access, etc.); Recruitment Tools.
• Excellent administrative skill.

Internal Audit Supervisor

Requirements:

• Male with a maximum age 35 years old
• Education minimum S1 Accounting from reputable University in Indonesia.
• Have a minimum of 3 years experience as an Internal Audit Supervisor at the company's Consumer Finance or the Senior Auditor in Public Accountant.
• Have the ability in the identification information so that it becomes a case that should be followed up
• Able to find solutions of a case
