PT Pupuk Sriwidjaja (Persero) - Pupuk Pusri is an Indonesian State Owned Enterprise engaged in the production and marketing of fertilizers. The Company established since December 24, 1959 and based in based in Palembang, South Sumatra. The Company became the first producer of urea fertilizer in Indonesia. As of year-end 2010, The Company has an installed capacity of urea fertilizer per year as many as 2.262 million tons and 1.499 million tons of ammonia. The Company is a Holding Company that supported by 6 (six) subsidiary companies, consist of PT Petrokimia Gresik, PT Pupuk Kujang, PT Pupuk Kalimantan Timur, PT Pupuk Iskandar Muda, PT Rekayasa Industri, PT Mega Eltra.

Requirements:
- Hold Bachelor degree (S-1) with min GPA 3.00 from the leading universities (Accredited A) and majoring in
- Accounting
- Chemical Engineering
- Management Economics / Finance
- Business / Business Management
- Communication Sciences
- Mining Engineering
- Maximum age 25 years old for Fresh Graduate
- Able to collaborate with colleagues and customers
- Having a good personality and good communication skills
- Able to work under pressure and minimum supervision
- Have good analytical skills
