PT Nusa Halmahera Minerals - NHM is one of the largest gold mining, exploration and processing company in Indonesia. The Company operated in Halmahera Island, North Maluku. The Company's shareholders consisf of Singapore Holding Pte, Ltd (NEWCREST) with 82.5% shares and PT Aneka Tambang (Persero) Tbk with 17.5% total shares. Its mining plant located  in Gosowong Mine, Toguraci Mine, Kencana Underground Mine, and Kencana Mine Extention.The Company's contract of work area is divided into 9 (nine) prospective blocks, including Barnabas, Gosowong Extended, Gosowong North, Gosowong West, Kobok, Matat, Ngoali, Tobobo,  and Toliwang. As of year end 2010, total exploration expenditure reached as much as USD 50 million.

In line with its growth, currently PT Nusa Halmahera Minerals has vacant position at Gosowong - North Halmahera, North Maluku with working roster 4 weeks on and 2 weeks off as:

Training & Development Supervisor - (TDS)

Requirements

• Min 4 years experience in the same position in Mining Company
• Hold bachelor degree (S1) in Psychology or Management
• Familiar with training need analysis and management training
• Good interpersonal skills, good analytical and focus on detail
• Computer literate and good communication skills in English both verbal and written
• Having strong motivation, supportive, communicative, and able to work under pressure
• Hardworking and able to work in a team
