Astra Credit Companies is seeking for potential candidates who has strive for excellence and dynamic, possess a fast learning ability, high achiever and able to work under pressure to fill the following positions

Future Leader Program (MT)

You will get comprehensive training for about 6 months, which consist of combination of in class & on the job training. The program is designed to develop future leader(s) by providing knowledge and direct practice on the Company's core business

Requirements

• Has a Bachelor Degree (S1) from reputable university with GPA min 2.75
• Max 26 years old
• Fresh graduates or max. 2 years experience
• Strong academic backgroun from any disciplines
• Energetic, having business sense, and drive for result
• Proven leadership & interpersonal skill in extracullicualr activities
• Good communication skill
• Good command in English
• Willingness to be located throughout Indonesia is a must
