Site Manager

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Mining
• Have 10 years experience in mining with 3 years in managerial levels
• Have POM certificate
• Able to develop and manage the mining operations and ensure the optimal mining process operation
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Commitment to implemented safety and environment regulations

Investor Relation Manager

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree from European/American University in journalism, communication, commercial, marketing or a related field with min 2 years significant experience in the same position
• Strong analytical thinking - understanding financial & valuation models
• Strong financial skills - understanding & interpreting financial statements and capital market
• Excellence Communication skill and presentation skills

Compensation & Benefit Section Head

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in any discipline with min 4 years significant experience
• Significant experiences in reward management and good knowledge in labor laws
• Must have comprehensive analytical thinking
• Good ability to use statistic program application
• Self starter, works well independently and as part of a team

Sr Mine Engineer

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Mining
• Min 6 years working experiences and one year in the same position
• Have POP certification
• Good ability to plan and design MINESCAPE and XPac mining software
• Be able to plan/design/review short term/long term plan
• Good analytical thinking. hard working and proactive

Cost Controller

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting
• Have 5 years working experience and one year in the same position at mining industry
• Have experience in dealing with accounting, cost calculation and reporting for mining company
• Good knowledge in Cash Flow Management, Budget & Cost Control Management

Internal Communication Officer

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in journalism, communication, marketing, or a related field with min 4 years significant experience
• Must have comprehensive analytical thinking
• Good communication skill and presentation skill
• Mastering to make presentation material

Corporate Development Officer

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in commercial, finance, industrial engineering or a related field with min 2 years significant experience in the same position
• Strong business process analysis - significant experience in KPI project implementation
• Must have comprehensive analytical thinking
• Effective communication skill and presentation skill
• Self starter, works well independently and as part of a team
