At present, PT Geo Dipa Energi (Persero) is 93.33% owned by the Government of Indonesia and 6.67% by PT PLN (Persero).

Geo Dipa now has 3 geothermal Existing fields ; Dieng in Mount Dieng Central Java, Candradimuka in Banjarnegara Central Java, Patuha Project in Mount Patuha West Java. Geo Dipa's geothermal projects to serve the Java - Madura - Bali (JAMALI) transmission. Requirements
  • S1 Management / Law.
  • Have a minimum of 2 years experience in the notary field
  • Have good knowledge about asset management, land management, licensing, and procurement of goods or services
  • Have good negotiation and communication skills.
  • Have good Contract Drafting skill.
Recruitment, Career & Talent Management Staff (CODE: RCHO) - Head Office

Requirements
  • S1 Psychology / Management
  • Have a minimum of 2 years experience in the field of Human Capital.
  • Have good knowledge about the recruitment and selection process.
  • Have good knowledge about talent management system.
  • Able to negotiate with third parties.
  • Have good communication skills.
Investment Budget Staff (CODE: IBHO) - Head Office

Requirements
  • S1 Accounting / Management
  • Have a minimum of 3-5 years experience in the field of  Corporate Finance / Budgeting / Accounting / Taxation.
  • Have good analytical thinking.
  • Operating knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Able to used SAP application is preferred.

Requirements
  • D3 Mechanical Engineering
  • Have a minimum of 1 year experience in the field of Mechanical Maintenance.
  • Mastering basic knowledge of mechanical.
  • Mastering the ability of welding, machine tool operation, and alignment.
  • Able to prepare work reports.
  • Able to identify spare parts, consumables, and also services needed for Mechanical maintenance activities.
Instrument & Control Staff (CODE: IMP1) - Unit Patuha

Requirements
  • D3 Instrumentation / Power Lines Electrical Engineering.
  • Have a minimum of 1 year experience in the field of Instrument and Control Maintenance.
  • Mastering basic knowledge of Instrument and Control.
  • Able to prepare work reports
  • Able to identify spare parts, consumables, and also services needed for Instrument Control maintenance activities.
Electrical Staff (CODE: EMP1) - Unit Patuha

Requirements
  • D3 Instrumentation / Electro Weak Current
  • Have a minimum of 1 year experience in the field of Electrical Maintenance.
  • Preferably mastering electrical software such as Etab
  • Able to prepare work reports.
  • Able to identify spare parts, consumables, and also services needed for Electrical maintenance activities.
General requirements
  • Minimum GPA of 3.00.
  • Active in English.
  • Mastering Microsoft Office.
  • Honest and discipline
  • Physically and mentally healthy
  • Have good initiative and creative at work.
  • Able to work individually and in teams.
  • Willing to be placed throughout the work unit of PT Geo Dipa Energi (Persero).
