PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Sumatera Utara - PT Bank Sumut or known as Bank Sumut is a well-established regional development bank in Indonesia. In term of financial performance, Bank Sumut managed to recorded good performance in the business year of 2017. According to information found in PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Sumatera Utara Annual Report 2017 as cited by JobsCDC.com, Bank Sumut registerd total net profit of Rp630 billion in 2017. This number equivalent with an increase of 7.78% year-on-year (YOY) as compared to the previous year’s net profit of Rp585 billion. Bank Sumut also recorded an asset growth of 10.55% YOY from Rp26.17 trillion in 2016 to Rp28.93 trillion in 2017.

  • Male / Female (for Front Liner position).
  • Maximum age of 23 years old.
  • Minimum Associate Degree (D3) in any field, except Midwifery, Health, literature and Education / teacher training.
  • Minimum GPA of 2.75 for PTN and 3.00 for PTS.
  • Fresh graduate or those who have experience in the banking sector are welcome to apply.
  • Attractive.
  • Minimum height of 150 cm for Female and 160 cm for Male.
  • The work period ends until the age of 33 (thirty-three) years.
  • Domiciled in accordance with the recruitment area, namely Toba Samosir Regency, Humbang Hasundutan Regency, Karo Regency, Dairi Regency, Pakpak Bharat Regency, Padang Lawas Utara Regency (as evidenced by a photocopy of a legalized Family Card).
  • Willing to be placed by crossing the area of application.
  • Not married since the date of appointment of employees.
  • Willing to undergo service ties for 3 (three) years from the date of appointment of employees.
