PT Hanjaya Mandala Sampoerna Tbk is a local unit of international tobacco company Philip Morris International Inc. As of December 2013, PT Phillip Morris Indonesia (affiliate company of Philip Morris International Inc) owned 98.18% shares in HM Sampoerna. The Company headquartered in Surabaya and has 9 cigarrete plants (including 2 machine-made kretek plants, and 7 handrolled kretek plants) and 105 sales offices throughout Indonesia. HM Sampoerna also supported by 38 third-party operators (TPO) spread in Java area. HM Sampoerna booked an increase in its operational performance. Total net profit went up by 5.7 %  from Rp 2.61 trillion in the first quarter of 2012 to Rp 2.76 trillion in the first quarter 2014. This was stated by PT HM Sampoerna Tbk in its Q1-2014 Financial reports as quoted byJobsCDC.com.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree (S1) with minimum GPA of 3.00 and/or Master's degree (S2) with minimum GPA of 3.25 (out of 4.00)
  • Good communication skill in English both of oral and business writing.
  • Open for placement in all area in Indonesia.
  • Having good analytical thinking.
