MANAGEMENT DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM (MDP)
MDP is a program designed to prepare candidates of strategy position at PT. Tower Bersama Infrastructure in the future
Requirement:
- Candidate must process at least a Bachelor degree in any field (preferably Civil Engineering, Electric, Industry Engineering)
- Reputable University with minimum GPA 3.00 (4.00)
- Maximum age 26 years
- Fresh graduate or having maximum 1 year work experience in any field
- Have good analytical thinking, interpersonal & communication skills
- High motivation and initiative
- Applicants must be willing to work in all over Indonesia
