- Willing to undergo bond department for 5 years

- Education minimum S1 Degree from the PTN / PTS leading and reputable, preferably from the majors:
- Economy (Banking, Accounting and Development Studies)
- Law (Civil and Criminal)
- Computers / Information Management / Information Technology
- Engineering (Civil, Architectural, Electrical, Industrial, Agricultural)
- Psychology
- Statistics
- PR (Public Relations)
- Minimum GPA scale 3:00 4:00
- Not married and not willing to get married for 2 years
