SENIOR COMPLIANCE OFFICER

Key Responsibilities
  • Reporting to Board of Directors, the key responsibilities include:
  • Managing audits and investigations into regulatory and compliance issues
  • Designing and implementing internal controls, policies and procedures to assure compliance with applicable local laws and regulations
  • Tracks laws and regulations that might affect the organisation's policies
  • Responding to requests for information from regulatory bodies
  • May work with external auditors to help reconcile discrepancies or support the external auditing function
  • Prepares compliance reports to present to management
Qualification
  • Minimum a Bachelor Degree (S-1)
  • At least 3 years’ industry experience with some management exposure
  • Must have internal audit experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Preferably male
