Major Responsibilities:
- Pre-sales, sales presentations, and setting performance specifications and involve the trials and validation of test methods/protocols on different matrices
- Carry out customer demonstrations, installation of instrument and customer/distributor trainings and integrate Qualicon's products into the routine work
- Assist Customers on technical problems
- Work together with regional and international sales team to gather market/technical information for new product development
- Minimum Master degree in Molecular Biology, Microbiology or related discipline.
- 5 years minimum experience working in a Laboratory preferably in the food processing.
- Ability to identify potential opportunities to develop new business for both new and existing accounts
- Willing to travel within South Asia Pacific – ASEAN, Australia/NZ, and India.
- Sales experience in poultry or seafood industry is an added value
- Good English (writing and speaking)
TECHNICAL ASSISTANT - DuPont Animal Health Solution - (Aquaculture/Fishery Application)
Major Responsibilities:
- Assisting product application at customer's site,
- Providing solution to end user for improving product application accustomed to field condition & accomplish end user's objective.
- Utilize technical resources to ensure superior services to customers
- Bachelor’s degree in fishery from reputable university
- Minimum 3 years experience in similar position
- Familiar with Microsoft and internet
- Understand pathogen detection tech-PCR is preferred.
- Able to travel and work at the farm site
- Good English communication skills
- Willing to be located in Lampung
SALES REPRESENTATIVE (DuPont Performance Coatings–Auto Refinish)
Job Summaries:
- Meet sales objective of assigned territory by promoting and selling DuPont Refinish products through professional sales technique, excellent product service, and long-term customer relationship.
- Develop and implement the interfaces and relationships between DuPont Refinish with the distributors and accounts, to ensure alignment with business goal. This includes performance management, relationship management and communication, training of distribution network, and benchmarking.
- Work closely with distributor to identify and explore potential areas to drive business growth.
- Open new accounts to increase market share in order to achieve business goal.
- Prepare and execute sales plan, which should covers: business goal/objective, strategic account planning, budgeting, and sales forecasting.
- Monitor closely and update market movement information and account profile regularly to reflect actual market condition.
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years sales experience with automotive coatings industry is preferable
- Sales experience in the automotive coatings industry is an added value.
- Good English (writing and speaking).
