Postpaid Billing Executive

Job Responsibilities :
  • Managing day to day postpaid billing operation
  • Supervising Postpaid Managed Service team
  • Preparing SOP for postpaid billing system
  • Providing management reports and statistics for postpaid
  • Performing some trivial programming efforts to check and dig information from the systems
Job Qualifications/Requirements :
  • At least a diploma degree or professional qualification in Business/Economincs/Finance/Engineering/Informatic
  • Preferably with 5 years working experience in Telco billing system with hands on supervisory responsibility
  • Possess good understanding of postpaid business processes
  • Independent and self motivated team player with good analytical thinking and problem solving skills
  • Energetic and proactive
  • Proficiency written and spoken in Bahasa Indonesia and English is a must
  • Sounds familiar or has sufficient technical Knowledge on end to end postpaid billing system and telecommunication networks : networks elements, switching, data communication network, rating, billing, provisioning, mediation, roaming, CRM, ERP, data warehouse, database, UNIX, etc.
Senior Manager Direct Channel

Job Responsibilities:
Build and maintain business network in Direct Sales (Corporate, Community & Direct) Channel for all Regions.

Job Description:
  • Develop sales strategy, tactical plans and new channels in accordance with the AXIS direct sales target.
  • Maintain and grow partnership with current existing channels.
  • Set customer activation, re-load and revenue growth targets for the direct sales & community team and ensures that they achieve these targets and sell in a professional manner, through regular monitoring and coaching.
  • Regularly interpret market trends, competitor’s movements and their impact on portfolio performance by target market and maximize profit opportunities through regular adjustment of team targets to concentrate on profitable and sunrise segments or areas.
  • Regularly feedback to business head and peers on new and anticipated customer and market needs and recommended appropriate improvements to the processes or new products offering, to meet the new challenges.
  • Coach and train area manager, supervisor and direct sales team selling.
  • Work with service channels and operations to enhance workflows, systems and processes to address areas of customer’s dissatisfaction.
  • Develop direct sales team and provide direction, sales strategy and tactical plans in accordance with the AXIS direct sales target.
Job Requirements:
  • Min. Bachelor degree.
  • Fluent in English, both oral and written.
  • Have good knowledge, understanding and experience about Modern Channel.
  • Have strong entrepreneurship and leadership skills also capacity to develop good network business.
  • Have a very good analytical as well as conceptual thinking.
