Sales Executive – Non-Jakarta
He/She plays a key role in implementing the retail sales programs/activities, developing channel coverage in major cities outside Jakarta, building relationships with retailers, maintaining channel loyalties, administrating the distribution of marketing literatures, managing the channels conflicts and organizing new product training & road shows in major cities outside Jakarta.
Job Descriptions :
- Drive sales & build business relationships with key channel partners and/or key users
- Develops & implement channel partners sales programs & promotional activities to get sell-to & sell-thru.
- Responsible for overseeing the retail channels development & expansion.
- Together with channel partners, follows up on sales leads with objective is to close the deal.
- Ensures channel partner receives and understands product and marketing information and is trained in all areas of product knowledge.
- Organize sales training to channel partners (e.g: new product training).
- Responsible for the distribution of marketing/products literatures, promotional materials & other POSM material.
- Collects and disseminate competitive information to distributor and/or reseller partner.
- Develop and maintain quarterly forecast for key channel partner.
- Visit channel partner on regular basis.
- Develops closed & personal relationships and achieves key-channel partners satisfaction goals.
- As he/she is station in Jakarta so willing to do frequent travelling to some major cities outside Jakarta.
- Degree in Marketing/Business Studies/ IT / Computer Science.
- Minimum 3 years of related experience in the sales/channel management in IT distribution business and have a wide network with IT resellers.
- Creative, self motivated with the ability to work independently as well as a team player.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, channel sales & presentation skills.
- Willing to travel a lot to some major cities outside Jakarta.
Business Development Manager - Consumable Supplies
He/she would lead a key role in managing Country Supplies business.
Key Responsibilities :
- Support and maximize channel and customer supplies sales opportunities and drive country supplies business.
- Minimize the impact of leakage from grey market imports and non genuine supplies (counterfeit, remanufactured, refill).
- Manage the local supplies operation and ensure efficient, effective and professional business processes.
- Be an industry expert and local authority on all consumables issues and apply this to ensure best possible business outcomes.
- Support the AP region on key programs and strategies to maximize FXPC business results.
- Minimum Bachelor Degree / equivalent.
- At least 5 years experience, preferred male with age within 32 – 37 year old.
- Preferable in IT industry and familiar with Printer Shops and/or Stationary Office channels in the country.
- Good knowledge of country major Laser Printer player including SI, VAR, distributors.
- Prior experience in managing channel is preferred.
- Creative, self motivated with the ability to work independently as well as a team player.
- Have a matured personality & managerial skill, excellent interpersonal, communication, channel sales & presentation skills.
- Certain degree of travelling within Indonesia and/or abroad.
