Ideally candidates will have a number of the following attributes:

• Male / female with max. age of 28 years old
• Min. bachelor degree in Psychology / Management / Industrial Engineering
• At least 1 – 2 years experiences in similar position
• Proficiency in English both spoken & written
• Broad knowledge and understanding of HR issue especially in learning Development & knowledge management
• Strong analytical thinking and good in writing skill
• Persistent, mature, and self motivated
• Computer literacy
  

Key responsibilities:

• Executing programs for learning & development
• Preparing & administering Training Need Analysis
• Formulating Annual Training Planning & Budgeting based on the Training Need Analysis
• Executing training activities & knowledge sharing
• Evaluating the training process & conducting and monitoring training effectiveness
• Maintaining training record
• Ensuring the implementation of knowledge management
