Qualifications:
- S1 Degree in Mine Engineering or Geology

- Having good understanding of AMDAL (Environmental Impact Assessment), AMD (Acid Mine Drainage), Mine Reclamation, ISO 14001 (Environmental Management System)

- Having good ability to negotiate and to develop relationship with local community
- Having good knowledge of mining regulation and land compensation is preferable
