Position Title : Occupational Health Physician
Report to : EHS Manager
Location : Pulogadung & Cimanggis Site
Job Scope:
- Ensuring good knowledge and understanding of site organization and manufacturing processes
- Ensuring that all employee health information pertaining to an employee is kept together, in a secure location, in the employee’s health record in a logical order which facilitates the access to particular section and maintains medical confidentiality
- The provision of advice and recommendation to managers and employees on appropriate modifications to work and work environment in relation to facilitating an employee to remain at work or to aid rehabilitation back into work after absence
- Identifying key work-related risks to health, and related health surveillance and health capability requirements.
- Developing and maintaining ergonomic improvement team.
- Setting health standards for some specific jobs which have safety implications e.g Fork Lift Truck operators, working at height, confined space, food handling etc
- Undertaking health capability assessment of employees when identified at pre employment, during employment, and at specified intervals as required, maintaining a recall database, reporting to management and employee the outcome, advising on any modifications to work
- Championing and promoting team resilience program
- Undertaking EHS audit level 2
- Medical Doctor with 2 years experiences in the same position
- Has deep understanding on Occupational Health & Safety
- Fluent in English (oral & written)
Temporary EHS Engineer (EHS 0209)
Job Title : Temporary EHS Engineer
Location : GSK Site - Cimanggis
Report to : Site EHS Manager
Job Scope:
- Identify & resolve EHS risks impacted to GSK business
- Develop site EHS procedures in order to close the gaps
- Make recommendation on overall EHS program of site improvement activities
- Report & investigate EHS adverse events
- Coordinate EHS self assessment program & monitor the progress
- University Degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Chemical Engineer
- Max Age is 30 years old
- 1 year experience would be sufficient
- Has relevant EHS standards exposure (ISO 14000 series, OHSAS 18000 series)
- People and communication skills
- Good organizational skill.
- Fully conversant in English (written and verbal).
