Job Description:
To lead section of preventive maintenance and repair of the mechanical and electrical equipment
Specification:
- D3 mechanical / electric
- Fresh graduate or have min 2 years experience in Pharmaceutical machines
- Male max 25 years old, single
- Understand English
- Familiar with GMP Regulation
- Familiar with Microsoft Office
TECHNICAL SUPPORT
Job Description:
- Installing, configuring, and trouble shooting of computer related hardware (PC, notebook, printer, scanner, etc.)
- Installing, configuring, and trouble shooting of standard software as appointed by DVL HO (Windows 2000, Windows XP, Microsoft Office 2003, etc.)
- Resolving, coaching, and helping users on computer / software daily usage and difficulties / troubles
- Documenting all support related activities to Helpdesk system or as appointed by DVL HO
- Help trouble shooting ERP application
Specification:
- Male, Minimum D3 in IT or Computer Science
- Fresh graduate, experience will be the advantages
- Have good performance, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and in a team as well
- Fast learner of applications and technologies
