CIC Coordinator (CICC)

Responsible:

Maintain, analize and expand Call Center, to maintain and increase costumer loyality & intimacy; increase and maintain brand and achieve its comitted within the company goals, guidelines and rules.

Qualification :

• English capability
• Expertise in Call Center operation, preferably in Electronic Industry
• PC Skill (Word, Excel)
• Strong leadership skill
• Costumer oriented
• Communication skill with both internal and external persons/costumers
• Strong spirit to contribute to improve costumer satisfaction
