Branch Manager (SG-01)
Responsible for managing the whole branch operation (sales, costumer care and collection)
Sales Section Head (SG-02)
Achieve sales target and find promising merchant/dealers to be our reliable partners
Promotion Officer (SG-03)
Responsible for organizing events at the branch level and providing communication materials to merchants/dealers
Administration Head (SG-04)
Loan managemant, costumer care handling and responsible for all related documents
Cashier (SG-05)
Responsible for cash transactions and cash counting
Costumer Care (SG-06)
Handling costumer services in line with procedures
Branch Credit Head (SG-07)
Managing the overall underwriting process and responsible for loan quality performance
Credit Analyst (SG-08)
Responsible for underwriting process and ensuring process are in line with rules
Surveyor (SG-10)
Responsible for performing field surveys and ensuring result is reliable
Branch Collection Head (SG-11)
Managing the overdue accounts as well as responsible for bad debt performances
Collector Section Head (SG-12)
Managing and controlling the field collectors as well as ensuring they meet the performances expected
Field Collector (SG-13)
Responsible for collection process of overdue less than 30 days thru pick-up
Commercial Collector (SG-14)
Responsible for collection process of overdues more than 30 days and negotiating with costumers
IT Certification Manager (SG-15)
Responsible for IT Application Certification process and handling business IT requirement
Credit Head (SG-16)
Managing the nation wide underwriting process and responsible for loan quality performance
Collection Head (SG-16)
Managing the nationwide overdue account as well as responsible for bad debt performances
Requirements:
- All positions based in our Jakarta Branches (only SG-15, SG-16, SG-17 in Head Office)
- Graduate/post graduate from related field
- Experience min. 3 years in related field, preferably from multifinace company
- Age below 35 years old
- Having knowledge of underwriting (SG-07, 08) and Collection (SG-11, 12, 13, 14)
- Autonomous, highly motivated, good leadership, fast and able to work under tight deadlines, initiative taker and pleasant personality
