- Leading marketing team under their supervision
- Responsible to manage marketing officer's daily activities in order to achieve marketing target
- Coaching and motivating the marketing officers under their supervision
Requirements:
- Male/female, max 35 years old
- Min. D3 Degree in any discipline, with min. GPA 2.75
- Having experiences in sales / marketing (in finance and banking products), min. 3 years
- Having experiences as a team leader or supervisor, min. 1 year
- Having a good communication and interpersonal skill
- High motivated and target oriented personality
