1. Field Representative Supervisor
(Jakarta Raya - Jakarta (TB Simatupang)

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for preparing Action Plan and Budget for the section
  • Controlling and monitoring Field Representative activity progress
  • Introducing and supporting implementation of W/S standardization in Dealers with DOS
  • Analyzing Dealer's Monthly Report
  • Providing feed back from Dealer's Monthly Report
  • Reporting W/S performance monthly report to NML
  • Responsible for Service Marketing and Promotion
  • Responsible for developing W/S Standardization
  • Collecting and analyzing service information from comptetitors
  • Visiting Dealers to accommodate dealer's problems
Requirements:
  • Hold Bachelor degree from reputable university, major in Engineering.
  • Has experience more than 2 years in similar field, preferably from automotive company
  • Male, 25-35 years old.
  • Fluent in English both oral and written.
  • Has interest in automotive
  • Has good analytical thinking, numerical ability, and logic of verbal
  • Has good interpersonal relationship, communication skill, & able to work as team.
  • Fast learner, hard working, can work under pressure, available to work overtime, and discipline.
  • Willing to travel.
  • Has driving license.

2. Warranty & Free Service Inspection Supervisor (WS)
(Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:
  • To determine that warranty process based on Nissan's Procedures
  • To analyze claim received from Dealers
  • To determine that invoice claim to NML has been prepared on time
  • To determine that warranty monthly report has been prepared on time and correct
  • To make decision that customer's claim can be accepted or rejected
  • To prepare Monthly report for Manager/Superior
  • Monitoring Warranty & Service booklet to Dealers
  • Controlling & monitoring claim to NML & Suppliers
  • Conduct monthly meeting with QA Dept. for Product Quality Improvement based on claim received from Dealers

Requirements:
  • Hold Bachelor degree from reputable university, major in Automotive / Industrial Engineering.
  • Have experience Min. 2 years in similar field.
  • Male, single, 25-30 years old.
  • Have driving license
  • Fluent in English both oral and written.
  • Have interest in automotive
  • Have good knowledge on Technical Automotive, analytical thinking, numerical ability, and logic of verbal
  • Have good interpersonal relationship, communication skill, & able to work as team.
  • Fast learner, hard working, can work under pressure, available to work overtime, and discipline.
  • Willing to travel.

3. Technical Support Assistant Manager
(Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinating technical support team
  • Preparing budget and action plan for technical support section
  • Collecting and analyzing technical problems for Plant, NML, SNA, Suppliers and Customers, and take immediate response to solve the problem
  • Explaining the cause of problems to Customers based on technical investigation
  • Supporting warranty section to judge warranty claim
  • Controlling, monitoring, and establish technical service bulletin
  • Visiting dealer if necessary
  • Preparing monthly report of technical support section
Requirements:
  • Hold Bachelor degree from reputable university, major in Engineering.
  • Has experience more than 2 years in similar field, preferably from automotive company
  • Male, 25-35 years old.

4. Field Quality Improvement Staff
(Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:
  • Accommodate technical problems which occur at dealers
  • Collecting and analyzing technical problems from Plant, NML, SNA, Suppliers, and Customers and take immediate response to solve the problem
  • ranslating technical service bulletin and fixed countermeasure from NML / SNA
  • Preparing technical service bulletin and distribute to all dealers and related section in NMI

Requirements:
  • Hold Bachelor degree from reputable university, major in Engineering.
  • Has experience more than 2 years in similar field, preferably from automotive company
  • Male, 25-30 years old.
  • Fluent in English both oral and written
  • Has interest in automotive
  • Has good knowledge on Technical Automotive, analytical thinking, numerical ability, and logic of verbal
  • Has good interpersonal relationship, communication skill, & able to work as team
  • Fast learner, hard working, can work under pressure, available to work overtime, and discipline.
  • Willing to travel.
  • Has driving license.

5. Area Manager
(Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:
  • Market monitoring & Analysis
  • Dealer's sales monitoring
  • Support Dealer's promotion activity
  • Market report to Manager/Management Committee

Requirements:
  • Hold Bachelor / Master Degree from reputable university with GPA min 3.00 out of 4.00
  • Have experience min. 3 years in related field
  • Male, 25 - 30 years old
  • Fluent in English is a must (both written and oral)
  • Have interest in automotive
  • Have good perspective, analytical thinking, and logic of verbal
  • Have good interpersonal and communication skill
  • Able to work in team
  • Hard working, fast learner, willing to travel, and can work under pressure

6. Tax Assistant Manager
(Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:
  • To face tax auditor & prepare all related supporting documents asked by the tax officer during tax audit, tax objection & tax appeal.
  • Present to management finding during tax audit & countermeasure needed.
  • Check monthly tax return (VAT / Luxury tax) before submitted.
  • To inform management & give presentation to MC (if needed) for each new tax issue related with Nissan industry / company.
  • Do proactive action as a preparation before facing tax audit.
  • Checking all reconciliation that have been prepared by audit staff / supervisor.
  • To check GL data as apart of preventive action & avoid tax officer mis-leading after reading the GL.
  • Give suggestion for other division to make smoothly tax planning.

Requirements:
  • Hold Bachelor degree from reputable university, major in Accounting.
  • Have experience 4-5 years in similar field (MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN HANDLING TAX AUDIT, TAX OBJECTION AND TAX APPEAL).
  • Have good understanding of cost Accounting, perspective, analytical thinking, numerical ability, logic of verbal, accurate.
  • Have good interpersonal relationship, communication skill, & able to work as team.
  • Fast learner, hard working, can work under pressure, available work overtime.
  • Fluent in English both oral and written.
  • Male, 25-35 years old, preferably single.
  • Brevet A, B, C, would be advantage.
