Lembaga Kebijakan Pengadaan Barang / Jasa Pemerintah Republik Indonesia - LKPP is the National Public Procurement Agency of the Republic of Indonesia (NPPA). LKPP is a government owned public procurement policy-making agency in Indonesia. LKPP is a non-ministerial agency in Indonesia and has main duties to implement the development and formulation of public procurement policies. LKPP was formed by the Government of Indonesia to formulate government procurement policy and regulations in Indonesia. LKPP is based in Jakarta and its head office is registered at Kawasan Rasuna Epicentrum, Jl Epicentrum Tengah Lot 11 B, Jakarta Selatan 12940. LKPP is organized as 1 Executive Secretary, 1 Inspectorate and 4 Deputy Chairs; Deputy Chair for Strategy and Policy Development, Deputy Chair for Monitoring Evaluation and Development of Information Systems, Deputy Chair for Human Resource Development and Deputy Chair for Legal Affairs and Complaints Handling. Since January 2019, LKPP was lead by Roni Dwi Susanto as the chairman of  LKPP replacing Agus Prabowo.

According to information found in LKPPs website as cited by JobsCDC.com, LKPP was first established in 2005 as Pusat Pengembangan Kebijakan Pengadaan Barang/Jasa Publik (PPKPBJ) or the Center for Public Procurement Policy Development. PPKPBJ is a second echelon working unit in Kementerian PPN/BAPPENAS. Later in 2007, Lembaga Kebijakan Pengadaan Barang / Jasa Pemerintah Republik Indonesia was officially launched as an independent state-agency under the Presidential Regulation No 106 of 2007. LKPP has a reporting duty directly to the President of the Republic of Indonesia. In conducting its function and duties, LKPP is under the coordination of the State Minister for the National Development Planning/Head of the National Development Planning Agency (Kementerian PPN/BAPPENAS).

Due to strengthen its team, Lembaga Kebijakan Pengadaan Barang / Jasa Pemerintah Republik Indonesia through the Bureau for Planning, Organization, and Governance (BPOT) is looking for talented people and the best candidates to join as positions below:

Requirements
  • Indonesian Citizen (WNI).
  • Male/Female, minimum age of 21 years and maximum age of 30 years old.
  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent (S1/D4) from a reputable university with minimum accreditation B (PTN/PTS), majoring in Economics Management, State Administration, Industrial Engineering, Government Studies.
  • Minimum GPA of 3.00 (scale 4.00).
  • Computer literate (MS Office : Word, Excel, Power Point).
  • Able to work individually and active to work in a team.
  • The candidates with prior experience for minimum 1 year is preferred. Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
  • Preferably have experience in following fields
    • Compilation of business processes map.
    • Compilation of SOP and service standard.
    • Implementation of bureaucratic reform.
  • Physically and mentally healthy.
  • Well behaved and never sentenced to prison.
  • Never involved in drug abuse.
