PT Penjaminan Infrastruktur Indonesia (Persero) - PT PII is the Indonesia Infrastructure Guarantee Fund (or referred to as "IIGF"). IIGF is a reputable state-owned financial services company in Indonesia with business competencies in infrastructure guarantee. IIGF operates primarily as a provider of  infrastructure guarantee for Public-Private Partnership (PPP) projects. IIGF provides a full range of infrastructure guarantee and serves as government’s single window for appraisal and processing/structuring of guarantees in Indonesia. PT Penjaminan Infrastruktur Indonesia (Persero) is a non-listed state-owned company and is fully owned by the Government of Indonesia which represented by the Minister of State-Owned Enterprises (SOE). IIGF was established on 30 December 2009 under the Government Regulation No 35 of 2009. Headquartered in Jakarta, and its head office is located at Capital Place, 7th & 8th Floor Jl Jenderal Gatot Subroto Kav 18 Jakarta 12710.

According to information found in PT Penjaminan Infrastruktur Indonesia (Persero) Annual Report 2017 as cited by JobsCDC.com, IIGF was able to expand total assets by 16.09% from Rp8,924.43 billion in 2016 to Rp10,360.65 billion in 2017. IIGF’s total revenues down 6.71% to Rp 765.95 billion in 2017 as compared with the previous year of Rp821.11 billion. IIGF's total profit in 2017 reached Rp470.46 billion or 9.94% decrease compared to 2016 which was Rp502.44 billion.

Administrative Staff

Requirements
  • Bachelor Degree (S1) in Administration/Secretarial or equivalent
  • Prior experience as office assistant, office administrator, secretary, or handling administrative responsibilities in a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office with expertise in Microsoft Word, Power Point and Excel.
  • Excellent time management skills; ability to prioritize.
  • Highly organized multi-tasker who works well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
