This number reflected a 45.72% decrease from Rp5,631.61 billion in 2016. Total operating income in 2017 amounted to Rp3,891.90 billion. This total operating income figures reflected an 16.10% increase from Rp3.352.23 billion in 2016. Referring to its annual report, Bank BTN reported total assets of Rp261,365.26 billion in 2017. This number is equivalent with an 22.04 % increase from Rp214,158.47 billion in the same period of last year.

• Single/not married and willing to not get married for 2 years.
• Minimum S1 degree with minimum GPA of 2.75.
• Minimum height of 155 cm for Female and 160 cm for Male.
• Willing to undergo official bond program for 3 years.
• Have no family relationship with Bank BTN's employee.

General Banking Staff 

1. Jalur Difabel

Requirements

• Indonesian Citizen (WNI).
• Maximum age of 36 years old.
• Minimum S1 degree with minimum GPA of 2.75.
• Have no family relationship with Bank BTN's employee.

Placement : Java and its surrounding areas.

Administrasi, Desk Collection, Call Center & IT Staff 

1. Jalur Difabel

Requirements

• Indonesian Citizen (WNI).
• Maximum age of 36 years old.
• Minimum SMA with minimum agerave national exam score of 7.00.
• Have no family relationship with Bank BTN's employee.

Placement :

• Java and Bali areas.
• Kalimantan Areas (Balikpapan, Banjarmasin, Pontianak)
• Sumatera Areas (Jambi, Medan, Palembang, Pekanbaru, Batam).
• East Areas (Jayapura, Ternate)
