Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial Ketenagakerjaan - BPJS TK or known as "BPJS Ketenagakerjaan" is the national employment social security agency of Indonesia. Headquartered in Jakarta, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan operates primarily as a provider of employment social security in Indonesia. BPJS Ketenagakerjaan is a state-owned agency which is fully-owned by the Government of Indonesia. BPJS Ketenagakerjaan was formerly known as a state-owned social security workforce company named PT Jaminan Sosial Tenaga Kerja (Persero) or JAMSOSTEK. In 2014, the function of JAMSOSTEK was replaced with BPJS Ketenagakerjaan. BPJS Ketenagakerjaan's operations are divided into 11 regions; Sumbagut, Sumbariau, Sumbagsel, DKI Jakarta, Banten, Jabar, Jateng DIY, Jatim, Kalimantan, Sulawesi Maluku and Bali Nusra Papua. As of December 2015, these regions gave BPJS Ketenagakerjaan a total of 121 branch offices, and 203 sub-branch offices.

In 2016, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan recorded a satisfactory performance growth..According to BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Financial Report 2016 as cited by JobsCDC.com, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan registered total operating revenue of Rp4,682.19 billion in 2016. This number is up 49.09%from  Rp3,140 billion in 2015. As at the end of 2016, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan managed total assets amounted to Rp13,371.55 trillion or 20.67% increase from Rp11,080.63 billion in 2015.

Penata Madya SDM

Requirements
  • Minimum S1 degree from relevant study programs, preferably from HR Management, Law, or Psychology.
  • Graduated from a reputable university with minimum accredited B.
  • Minimum GPA of 2.75 out of 4.00 grade scale.
  • Not yet the 27th birthday on 31 December 2019.
  • Single/Not married.
  • Not a child, sibling, brother-in-law of an active employee of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan.
  • Proficient in operating computer applications, especially MS Office and MS Excel.
  • Have good communication skill.
  • Have good interpersonal skill.
  • The candidates with prior experience on similar job titles is an advantage.
  • Have valid SIM A and C is an advantage.
  • Willing to be placed in all working areas of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan.
  • Willing to undergo a bond for the first 2 years of service.

      Requirements

      • The candidates with prior experience in the field of marketing of services is an advantage.
      • Not yet the 27th birthday on 31 December 2019.
      • Single/not married.
      • Good looking.
      • Not a child, sibling, brother-in-law of an active employee of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan.
      • Minimum height of 165 cm for Male and 155 cm for Female with proportional weight.
      • Have good communication skill and have wide networking.
      • Have good interpersonal skill.
      • Have good negotiation skill.
      • Have passion on sales and marketing.
      • Have valid SIM A and C is an advantage.

      • Fluent in English and Mandarin will be an advantage.

      Requirements
      • Minimum D3 degree in any field.

      • The candidates with prior experience in marketing and administration is an advantage.
      • Not yet the 25th birthday on 31 December 2019.
      • Single/Not married.
      • Not a child, sibling, brother-in-law of an active employee of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan.
      • Have good communication skill.
      • Have accuracy and good document administration.
      • Proficient in operating computer applications, especially MS Office and MS Excel.

      Penata Madya Keuangan

      Requirements
      • Minimum S1 degree from relevant study programs, preferably from Accounting or Finance.
      • Graduated from a reputable university with minimum accredited B.
      • Minimum GPA of 2.75 out of 4.00 grade scale.
      • Not yet the 27th birthday on 31 December 2019.
      • Single/Not married.
      • Not a child, sibling, brother-in-law of an active employee of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan.
      • Advanced knowledge about financial reporting instruments.
      • Able to prepare financial statements.
      • Advanced knowledge about taxation calculations (PPh 21).
      • Advanced knowledge about the type of investment instrument.
      • Able to monitor the realization of budget use.
      • Able to make and analyze BPOP (Operating Costs and Operating Income).
      • Proficient in operating computer applications, especially MS Office and MS Excel.
      • The candidates with prior experience on similar job titles is an advantage.
