PPA reported an increase of 27.11% in total revenues from Rp5.00 trillion in 2016 to Rp6.36 trillion in 2017. Total net profit amounted to Rp326.49 billion in 2017. This number reflected an increase of 16.08% over total net profit recorded in 2016 of Rp281.27 billion.

  • Maximum age of 35 years old.
  • Minimum S1 degree from reputable university majoring in Social, Accounting, Management. S2 degree is preferred.
  • Required experience for minimum 5 years in the field of research. The candidates with prior experience in research / financial / consultant institution is preferred.
  • High analytical thinking and good presentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with excellent ability to collaborate across functions and various levels.

General Manager Human Capital & General Affair

Requirements
  • Maximum age of 50 years old.
  • Minimum S1 degree from reputable university majoring in Law / Psychology / Management. S2 degree is preferred.
  • Required experience for minimum 10 years in the field of Human Capital and General Affairs. The candidates with prior experience in state-owned company (BUMN) is preferred.
  • Have technical skills in the field of HR Management, GA Management, Procurement and Business Process Management.
  • Have a soul of responsibility, leadership, coordination, communication and good interpersonal skills.
  • Able to speak English well.
General Manager Information Technology &  Business Operation

Requirements
  • Maximum age of 50 years old.
  • Minimum S1 degree from reputable university majoring in IT / Management. S2 degree is preferred.
  • Required experience for minimum 10 years in the field of Information Technology and Business Operation. The candidates with prior experience in state-owned company (BUMN) is preferred.
  • Have technical skills in the field of Information Technology and Business Operation.
  • Have a soul of responsibility, leadership, coordination, communication and good interpersonal skills.
  • Able to speak English well.
General Manager Investment

Requirements
  • Maximum age 50 years.
  • Minimum S1 degree from reputable universities majoring in Finance / Management. S2 degree is preferred.
  • Required experience for minimum 10 years in the field of investment. The candidates with prior experience in state-owned company (BUMN) is preferred.
  • Have a soul of responsibility, leadership, coordination, communication and good interpersonal skills.
  • Have a wide networking in market investment.
  • Able to speak English well.
