The financial performance of WIKA in the business year of 2017 (ended in 31 December 2017) showed a good improvement. According to information found in PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Annual Report 2017 as cited by JobsCDC.com, WIKA booked total net sales of Rp26.18 trillion in 2017. This total net sales is up 67.06% from Rp 15.67 trillion in 2016. WIKA successfully recorded a total asset of Rp 45.68 trillion., with a noticeable increase of 45.70% from Rp 31.35 trillion in 2016.

Program Pelatihan Calon Pegawai (PPCP)

Requirements

• Maximum age of 28 years old.
• Education background in Bachelor Degree or equivalent (D4/S1) majoring in
• Civil Engineering.
• Accounting.
• Minimum GPA of 2.75 for PTN and 3.00 for PTS (on a 4-point scale)
• Have a good health history (balanced weight).
• No color blind (Partial / Total).
• Proficient computer application in the field.
• English literacy, spoken and written (have TOEFL certificate with minimum score of 500 from a Certified Language Institution).
• Have motivation, energetic, adaptive and able to cooperate in team.
• Willing to be placed in all working areas of WIKA.

Test Location : Yogyakarta and Surabaya.
