PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk - Bank BTN an established and experienced state-owned bank in Indonesia. Initially registered as Postspaarbank, Bank BTN was formed in 1897 during the Dutch Colonial era.  In 1950, the Bank transformed to Bank Tabungan Pos, and then renamed to Bank Tabungan Negara in 1963. In December 2009, the Bank went public and conducted its initial public offering (IPO) on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The Bank's shares are listed on IDX under reference BBTN. As of 30 June 2017, Bank BTN is 60% owned by the Government of Indonesia and 40% by public shareholders. The Bank is based in Jakarta and operates 4 regional offices, 71 branch offices, 242 sub branch offices, 478 cash outlets, 65 sharia outlets, 39 priority outlets, and 1,951 ATMs spread across Indonesia. Bank BTN has strong business competencies on mortgage segement. Bank BTN controls market share of between 33.57% in terms of mortgage loans segments in Indonesia as at the end of December 2016. Bank BTN is recognized as one of the oldest banks in Indonesia.

In term of financial performance, Bank BTN generally recorded a positive financial performance in the first half of 2017 (1H 2017). The Bank reported total net profits of Rp1,271 billion in the first half of 2017, according to PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk Analyst Meeting Business & Financial Performances 30 June 2017 as cited by JobsCDC.com. This total net profit is up 21.95% year-on-year (YOY). Bank BTN posted Rp224,067 billion in total assets for the first half of 2017, an 18.23 % increase from Rp189,513 billion in the same period of last year.

Requirements

• Indonesian citizens (WNI).
• Male or Female.
• Single/Not married with the maximum age of 26 years old (not yet 27th birthday on the recruitment year) and willing not to get married during the service bonds period.
• Minimum Bachelor (S1) holder from reputable university (PTN/PTS) with minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00 (4.00 scale).
• Preferably majoring in Economics (Management, Accounting and Development Studies), Law (Civil and Criminal), Computer Science / Informatics Engineering, Engineering (Civil, Architecture, Electrical), Psychology and Statistics.
• Minimum height of 160 cm (Male) and 155 cm (Female).
• Weight proportional and attractive.
• Willing to undergo office bond for 5 years.
