Lembaga Kebijakan Pengadaan Barang / Jasa Pemerintah Republik Indonesia - LKPP is the National Public Procurement Agency of the Republic of Indonesia (NPPA). LKPP is non ministerial government-agency in Indonesia which was formed by the Government of Indonesia to implement development and formulation of public procurement policies. LKPP has main tasks to formulate government procurement policy and regulations in Indonesia. In conducting its function and duties, LKPP is under the coordination of the State Minister for the National Development Planning/Head of the National Development Planning Agency (Kementerian PPN/BAPPENAS). LKPP has a reporting duty directly to the President of the Republic of Indonesia. LKPP is organized as 1 Executive Secretary, 1 Inspectorate and 4 Deputy Chairs; Deputy Chair for Strategy and Policy Development, Deputy Chair for Monitoring Evaluation and Development of Information Systems, Deputy Chair for Human Resource Development and Deputy Chair for Legal Affairs and Complaints Handling. Since 3 July 2015, LKPP was lead by Agus Prabowo as the chairman of LKPP. LKPP's head office is registered at Kawasan Rasuna Epicentrum, Jl Epicentrum Tengah Lot 11 B, Jakarta Selatan 12940.

According to information found in the LKPP's website as cited by JobsCDC.com, LKPP originally registered as Pusat Pengembangan Kebijakan Pengadaan Barang/Jasa Publik (PPKPBJ) or the Center for Public Procurement Policy Development in 2005. PPKPBJ is a second echelon working unit in Kementerian PPN/BAPPENAS. The name of Lembaga Kebijakan Pengadaan Barang / Jasa Pemerintah Republik Indonesia was officially organized as an independent state-agency in 2007 under the Presidential Regulation No 106 of 2007.

Requirements
  • Minimum S1 preferably from Faculty of Economics or Faculty of Social and Political Sciences.
  • Minimum GPA of 3.20 (scale of 4.00).
  • Hands-on experience in writing scientific writing / journals / research is preferred.
  • Able to use Microsoft Office.
  • Able to speak English well (active).
