Nindya Karya registered total income of Rp180.05 billion in 2016 This number is up 162.38% from Rp68.62 billion in 2015. The total revenue in 2016 was Rp4.66 trillion, 101.24% from the target RKAP 2016 of Rp4.60 trillion. Compared to the achievement in 2015, it was an increase of 29.08% from Rp3.61 trillion.

Requirements
- Age around 45-50 years old.
- Minimum S1 Engineering or S2 Engineering/Non Engineering (preferred).
- Required experience for minimum 15 years in property management business.
- Have ability to formulate Long Term Business Strategy in property business.
- Advantage for candidate who have experience as Director of Subsidiaries.
Requirements
- Age around 35-40 years old.
- Minimum S1 in any field.
- Required experience for minimum 5 years in same position.
- Have the ability to formulate marketing strategy property based on market analysis.
- Have a wide networking in property market.
Requirements
- Age around 40-45 years old.
- Minimum S1 in Civil Engineering.
- Required experience for minimum 15 years in construction industry and minimum 5 years in same position.
- Have a good understanding about the business process on construction industry.
- Expertise with MS Project/Primavera.
- Have a good understanding of Project Cost Control.
- Advantage for candidate who have experience in state-owned construction firm.
Requirements
- Age around 35-40 years old.
- Minimum S1 Engineering.
- Required experience for minimum 10 years in construction industry and minimum 5 years as HSE Supervisor.
- Possess certification in Ahli K3 Umum and Ahli K3 Konstruksi.
- Have a good understanding about HSE management system and its implementation.
- Able to formulate policy, strategy and action plan in the field of HSE.
- Previous experience in HSE Audit and Inspection.
Requirements
- Age around 35-40 years old.
- Minimum S1 in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering.
- Required experience for minimum 8 years in the field of Engineering Design in Oil and Gas, Petrochemical, Thermal Power Plan Projects.
- Required experience for minimum 3 years in the same field (preferred).
- Have a good knowledge about international code and standard, engineering flow and procedure, and related software.
- Fluent in English, both oral and written.
Requirements
- Age around 35-40 years old.
- Minimum S1 in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering.
- Required experience for minimum 10 years as Procurement Engineer in Oil and Gas, Petrochemical, Thermal Power Plan Projects.
- Have a good knowledge regarding Indonesian and International Trade Regulations.
- Have a good understanding about Negative List of Trade Department.
- Have a good understanding Incoterm 2010.
- Fluent in English, both oral and written.
Requirements
- Maximum age of 30 years old.
- Minimum S1 Engineering.
- Required experience for minimum 3 years as Contract Engineer in Oil and Gas, Petrochemical, Thermal Power Plan Projects.
- Have a good knowledge regarding Law/Regulations related to contract documents in EPC projects.
- Have a good knowledge regarding Indonesian and International EPC Project Regulations (minimum ANGLO SAXON).
- Fluent in English, both oral and written.
- Updated CV;
- List of Career History at least last 5 years;
- KTP or other indentity;
- Latest color photograph 4x6 (2 sheets);
- Latest diploma and transcript;
- SKCK (can be submitted latter);
- Other related certificate (expertise, training, course).
